The end of the end.......and Beginning of the Beginning
Yesterday was part of the reason why I have not been that actively publishing on 'this online-philip newspaper'.
Yesterday marked the end of a fantastic period: student life. I handed in the Master's thesis!!!
Because it is one out of very few projects that students have to undertake themselves, it is quite a challenging assignment. And I actually enjoyed doing it, don't know whether it was because of the 'young man's' friendly surrounding of malted barley, hops and water or the assignment itself..It was a good exercise in independently composing something yourself using people's previous work and adding a modest contribution to the academic field.
Besides finishing this, it is also the first time that you can -really- decide what you are going to do. School & study are for most students a continuous period added with other things they like to do. But now, I can sit on a bench in the park, I can start painting, I can fly around the world, I can start my own business, I can basically do anything I like to do! And that........that is quite a good feeling.

Congrats man, cheers to freedom from academia. You should take some time to travel and celebrate. You always know you got a place to crash with me. :)

Sent you an email but not sure if you still have your company email address now that the thesis is over..
Send me an email with your new address!
And dont forget that my apartment has plenty of space for you to crash too! Ask devrim for references! :)

Phil,
Someone mentioned to me that you are running this underground blog...it certainly makes some interesting albeit abstract reading.
My recommendation would be that you make your posts a little more reflective of your life which is packed with several golden nuggets of your drunken evenings across europe.
Thats my O.O2$
Cheers,
VB

All the best in deciding where to begin for there can definitely be a lot of starting points... if one of them happens to be in Asia, do let me know(while I am still here).
Enjoy!!!
